Key Responsibilities: Strategic Direction: Define and execute the strategic roadmap for onshore wind projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall renewable energy strategy. Technical and Financial Leadership: Direct feasibility assessments, financial analysis, and risk evaluation to guarantee well-structured project plans. Regulatory Navigation: Oversee permitting and compliance processes, ensuring all required approvals are secured efficiently. Investment Preparation: Drive projects to meet Final Investment Decision (FID) standards and deliver persuasive investment proposals. Requirements: Demonstrated experience in successfully managing onshore wind projects. Comprehensive knowledge of technical, financial, and regulatory aspects of wind energy development. Strong project management abilities with excellent communication skills for engaging senior stakeholders. Salary and Benefits: Package: £90,000 – £120,000 per annum, plus performance-related bonuses and a Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP).
