The role We are seeking a proactive Highways Project Coordinator to aid in highways and public realm project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in civil engineering with a focus on planning and providing solutions to deliver complex projects. In short you will Coordinate permits and supporting information is represented and submitted to corresponding portals correctly. Support and assist teams in monitoring project plans, highlighting potential delays or risk and mitigate strategies. Conduct monthly reports to discuss project progress, and the financial procurement status, and any other relevant stakeholder queries. Ensure alignment between individual project plans and overarching program objectives. Act as central point of communication between project teams, senior management and external stakeholders. Lead post-project reviews, capturing lessons learned and identifying areas for improvement. Identify, assess and manage risk across the portfolio, ensuring mitigation plans are in place.
