The Role: This is a field-based role where you manage existing businesses in West London. You will conduct meetings with businesses in this patch with the aim of increasing spend and revenue to the companies own brands. You will mainly do this by spending your time in convenience stores, educating customers on the products your company has to offer, and influencing their purchasing decisions. You will receive a full internal training plan, working closely with senior members of the team to develop your understanding of the product, market, and sales cycle itself. This will be done through a lot of shadowing with your managers and other sales executives. There are great progression opportunities with this role, as your skills develop you will naturally take on more responsibilities. Roles such as Territory Management will become available alongside other routes.
