Why Join KPMG Energy & Natural Resource ( ENR) Data and AI Team We are seeking an experienced Data Cleanse and Migration Manager to join our team. This role will support the Senior Manager leading the Data Cleanse and Migration capability, focusing on managing projects, developing client solutions, and ensuring high standards of service delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cleansing and migrating data for ERP systems, particularly Oracle and SAP, and will have worked in the ENR sector, especially oil and gas.
What will you be doing? - Support clients in generating business value from digital solutions powered by SAP and Cloud technologies.
- Manage projects and workstreams on complex data cleanse and migration programs from strategy to execution.
- Support senior client stakeholders (CFO, CDO, CIO) to cultivate relationships as a trusted partner through articulating and realizing the value of data.
- Identify scope and develop data cleanse and migration opportunities with clients and support the creation of RFP responses.
- Develop client solutions across the data lifecycle (data sourcing, management, quality, and migration).
- Manage and monitor engagement financials, profitability metrics, and ensure invoices are billed to the client appropriately.
- Produce thought leadership on data cleanse and migration topics.
- Build data frameworks, accelerators, and points of view to support sales and solve key client issues.
- Leverage understanding of key technology vendors in the marketplace to deliver engagements.
- Develop our people through coaching, mentoring, formal performance management, and creating an inclusive working environment.
- Use people management experience to lead combined project teams of client and KPMG data professionals and develop knowledge in the KPMG team.
- Document solution specifications and support the creation of operational support manuals during the implementation.
- Create, test, and execute data migration tools (SAP Data Services, Winshuttle, EMIGALL, SAP Migration Cockpit, LSWM).
- Deliver SQL-based transformations to legacy-target data structures.
- Prepare, analyze, and distribute data reconciliation reports, actively conduct data cleansing, and support data owners.
What will you need to do it? - Knowledge of data migration processes in fields like P2P, O2C, R2R, H2R.
- Experience in management consulting work related to Digital Transformation, including business process design, data harmonization, standardization, consolidation, and migration.
- Experience with user requirements gathering, test management/automation, and support during cutover, go-live, and hyper-care phases.
Skills we'd love to see/Amazing Extras: - Experience in ERP, SRM, or CRM Industry Solutions for Oil & Gas.
- Knowledge of data migration processes in fields like P2P, O2C, R2R, H2R.
- Experience in management consulting work related to Digital Transformation, including business process design, data harmonization, standardization, consolidation, and migration.
- Experience with user requirements gathering, test management/automation, and support during cutover, go-live, and hyper-care phases.
