Salary: £75K - £80K

Memcom Executive is thrilled to be supporting an international professional membership body and learned society with a significant global impact in raising professional standards and promoting environmental sustainability, in their search for a Director of Membership & Professional Services.

The Role

As part of the Senior Management Team (SMT), you will lead a team of six, including three direct reports, in a strategic position that focuses on membership growth, engagement, and proposition development. Additionally, you will oversee the delivery of professional services, manage budgets for B2C Membership and B2B Accreditation, and lead professional registration initiatives.

You will work closely with Councils and Committees, ensuring smooth governance processes, and spearhead efforts to expand corporate partnerships and enhance the portfolio of membership products and services, particularly those related to career development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive membership growth and engagement.
Manage professional services delivery with a focus on excellence and innovation.
Oversee budgets for membership and accreditation activities.
Lead on professional registration and collaborate with Councils and Committees.
Build and strengthen corporate partnerships.
Drive the development of new membership products and career development services.
