The Head of Service Commercialization & Project Management is crucial in launching new SCPA services and ensuring their success throughout their lifecycle. This role, part of the Global Sales Enablement function, focuses on coordinating New Service Development, Service Lifecycle Management, and consequent Project Management strategies. Key responsibilities include developing and articulating the process and roadmap for service commercialization, overseeing new service development initiatives, managing services from inception to retirement, and ensuring tight project management practices to maintain KPIs, primarily. Development and Launch: Time to market, development cost, innovation rate, and customer feedback. Commercial Success: Market penetration rate, revenue growth, customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer retention rate, and profit margin. Retirement Efficiency: Cost, customer & business impact assessment. The role also involves liaising with global functions like Service Line Leaders, Key Account Management, Marketing, and Innovation & Technology, and leveraging analytics to evaluate and adapt strategies. Industry Experience : Significant experience in service commercialization, project management, and lifecycle management, preferably within the TIC industry or regulatory and compliance driven sectors.
