Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance

The Role
As an M&E Estimator, you will prepare precise mechanical and electrical cost estimates for a variety of projects. Your role will involve analyzing project requirements, collaborating with suppliers, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Create detailed M&E cost estimates for tender submissions.

Analyze project specifications and conduct site visits.

Obtain quotations and liaise with subcontractors.

Work closely with the project management team to ensure feasibility.

Maintain pricing databases and assess cost-related risks.
About You

Proven experience as an M&E Estimator in the commercial or industrial sector.
