You'd lead the design and execution of a cutting-edge technology and data architecture strategy, working alongside their CTPO. Chief Architect Responsibilities: Build and drive a comprehensive technology and data architecture strategy from the ground up. Champion architectural standards and principles, ensuring decisions align with long-term business objectives. Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions that support strategic and commercial ambitions. Redesign and enhance microservices and system integrations for scalability and efficiency. Develop policies and standards to guide the implementation and evolution of enterprise technology. Chief Architect Requirements: Proven experience in enterprise-level technology and data architecture within high-growth, tech-driven environments. Expertise in defining and executing strategies that integrate application, data, product, and technology dimensions. Advocate XP principals including pairing and TDD Strong engineering background in scalable, distributed applications.
