About the Role:

We are looking for aMolecular Biologist to join our clients Research and Development Team. In thispivotal role, you will be responsible for expressing and purifying proteins,developing and validating immunoassays, and conducting experiments to supportthe development of cancer immunotherapies. This is a unique opportunity forsomeone with a passion for molecular biology and a desire to make a significantimpact in the field of cancer treatment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and conduct experiments to express and purify proteins.
Develop and validate immunoassays, such as ELISA, for antigen detection and quantification.
Analyze experimental data and troubleshoot experiments to optimize protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development of cancer immunotherapies.

What Were Looking For:

PCR Expertise: Proven experience with Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) techniques, including quantitative PCR (qPCR) for accurate DNA and RNA amplification.
Cloning Proficiency: Skilled in molecular cloning techniques, such as Gibson Assembly, to construct and optimize plasmid vectors.
Protein Expression and Purification: Demonstrated ability to express and purify recombinant proteins in various systems, including bacterial and mammalian cells.
Immunoassay Development: Experience in developing and validating immunoassays (e.g., ELISA) for detecting and quantifying specific proteins and antigens.
Data Analysis Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret experimental data, with proficiency in software tools for data analysis and visualization (e.g., GraphPad, Excel).
Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, with excellent communication skills to share results and insights.
