Reporting to the CEO, you'll shape the strategy for the property division for EIA offerings while gaining recognition for your expertise in the field. The successful Director of EIA will: Possess 10+ years of industry experience, with proven leadership in property EIA projects and urban regeneration initiatives. Be a chartered professional (or working towards it) with a degree in a relevant environmental or sustainability discipline. Demonstrate a strong track record in managing EIAs, writing Environmental Statements (ESs), and delivering projects on time and budget. Be skilled in business development, including bid writing and revenue generation, with an active network of contacts in the property sector. Exhibit exceptional communication, project management, and client liaison skills.
