ALink Recruitment are working with a small engineering consultancy that are looking for a motivated Electrical Engineer with 3+ years design experience to join their dynamic team in Canary Wharf. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and a passion for designing and delivering high-quality infrastructure projects. This role involves working collaboratively with clients, project teams and stakeholders to develop innovative, practical, and sustainable engineering solutions. Experience within the rail sector would be preferable but not essential. Key Responsibilities Deliver detailed design work for a wide array of electrical engineering projects across a variety of industries. Ensure work quality and technical excellence across a diverse range of projects by providing valuable input. Develop sustainable and resilient design solutions that integrate environmental considerations, promoting energy efficiency and reducing environmental impact. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and develop electrical engineering projects that comply with industry standards and incorporate innovative solutions. What We Look For Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering design. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and other engineering design tools. Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, construction methods, and regulatory requirements.
