WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for an experienced and energetic Senior Brand Manager to lead and develop brand strategy and marketing initiatives specifically for the UK and Ireland markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of beauty retailers and pure players, experience in delivering 360 marketing campaigns, and a proven track record in out-of-home (OOH) marketing, customer events, and digital activations. In this role, you will partner closely with commercial teams to drive brand growth and ensure exceptional execution of marketing activations across all channels. Strong Asset: Experience in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, paid media, and content development. Strong knowledge of the UK beauty market and consumer trends. Ability to think creatively and challenge conventional ideas to drive disruptive, innovative marketing strategies. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is an asset. 5+ years of experience in brand management, with a strong focus on the UK market and beauty industry. WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE Deliver Integrated 360 Marketing Campaigns: Lead the development and execution of 360 marketing campaigns, working across departments (Retail, Digital, Communications, Global Brand) to deliver exceptional brand launches and activations. You will oversee content ideation and creation, artwork briefings (digital and print), retail events, and post-campaign analysis, ensuring innovative brand moments and seamless execution. Creative project management: Ideation and delivery of localized creative campaigns and asset development when needed and support on all UK creative project management. Digital Marketing Support: Support UK leadership on digital media activity. Support the paid media deliverables and identify best practices and opportunities to increase brand visibility and share of voice across digital channels, while driving an excellent omnichannel customer experience. Project Management of Activations: Manage end-to-end marketing activations from concept to completion, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. This includes detailed planning, execution, and performance tracking of campaigns across OOH, digital, and retail environments. Partnership with Commercial Teams: Collaborate closely with the commercial and sales teams to ensure that all marketing activities align with commercial objectives and drive growth. You will work together to ensure strong brand representation and support across all retail channels. Beauty Retailer Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of UK beauty retailers and pure players to ensure effective brand placement and visibility. Develop marketing strategies that align with retailer marketing calendars and maximize exposure for product launches and core brand campaigns. Marketing Calendar Development: Own and manage the UK marketing calendar, ensuring that all campaigns leverage the full marketing mix to drive new product development (NPD) while accelerating the growth of core product lines. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with global and regional strategies. Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, demonstrating high attention to detail and accountability for spend. Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI across all brand initiatives. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Optimization: Establish clear processes for campaign delivery within the UK team, ensuring smooth collaboration between cross-functional teams (Retail, Digital, Communications) and external stakeholders. Drive the planning, approval, and execution of key projects, ensuring alignment and seamless delivery. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE Demonstrated expertise in delivering 360 marketing campaigns, including digital, OOH, and in-store activations. Proven ability to partner effectively with commercial and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Strong understanding of beauty retailers and pure players in the UK and ability to optimize onsite performance. Exceptional project management skills with experience handling multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical abilities, with experience in using data to inform campaign strategies and optimize performance.
