They are looking for a commercially aware Account Director to take responsibility for commercially driving and managing the client relationship with a major FMCG client, acting as the key contact for the client and ensuring their requests are delivered OTIF. You’ll be providing direction on innovation, value add and value engineering projects both internally and to the client, with a key focus on driving change to ensure commercial targets are hit. You’ll also lead regular review forums; create and present relevant data reports whilst liaising with Procurement and Marketing contacts and, as the central point of contact, you’ll manage a team to ensure projects are delivered on time in full. Through team management and collaboration, you’ll develop and deliver client growth strategies to increase the breadth and depth of client relationships using all available services and resources. By establishing strong professional and personal relationships with your client you’ll promote a full understanding of their values and use this information to ensure consistent delivery of an outstanding level of service. Using your strong commercial awareness, you’ll also drive value and gross margin growth and manage sales with all clients. About you Significant experience as an Account Director and 3D Point of Sale Experience of leading a team in multiple locations (3-4 account managers) Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to think strategically and identify new, innovative opportunities Ability to consistently deliver high standards of customer experience, always looking for ways we can improve our service Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present to senior stakeholders across the function #J-18808-Ljbffr
