We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to deliver digital solutions for our new and existing customers. In this position you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, working closely with Project Managers, Developers, and IT resources to design, document, and oversee the development of solutions including Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and other platforms. Your role in our mission Translate technical specifications and business requirements into detailed design documentation for the development team. Collaborate with the Project Manager to establish project schedules and lock in Level of Effort (LOE) estimates from the development team. Lead technical project work teams in designing, planning, and coordinating project activities. Ensure projects meet business and technical requirements, are completed on time, and stay within budget. Develop a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) at an appropriate level of detail for each project phase. Oversee product roadmap execution through Agile development, including release planning, backlog management, and Quality Assurance (QA) for the digital solutions. Valued skills and experience Numerous years’ experience in application/product development, including business process integration and information management. Proficiency in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Experience with Kofax Capture, Kofax KTM, Globalscape, and knowledge of Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and Workflow Automation tools. Certifications in project management (PMP, Agile, or Scrum) are a plus, along with strong communication and presentation skills for senior leadership stakeholders. Special Requirements: This role is primarily remote, with travel required up to 30%-40% of the time.
