As the Head of Sustainability Consulting, you will lead our sustainability consultancy team, define and develop our product offerings, manage account teams, convert new business leads, and help shape our company's strategy and structure. You will work closely with the Head of Modelling to incorporate ESG modelling outputs into the consulting team's product offerings, using our enhanced data capability to drive impactful client conversations. Key responsibilities include: Contribute experience and insight into Sillion's strategic direction and offering. Develop and deliver compelling proposals, generate new leads, and contribute to business development and revenue growth. Provide senior oversight of multiple projects, ensuring account teams deliver high-quality outcomes to clients, on time and within budget. Collaborate with our in-house modelling team to analyse sustainability data and provide actionable insights for clients. Perform line management duties, including conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and providing mentorship and career development guidance to consulting team members. Key requirements include: 10+ years of overall experience. 5+ years in consultancy. 3+ years in the sustainability space. A proven track record in sustainability consulting. Strong strategic thinking skills and management capabilities. Experience working in a small consultancy or start-up environment.
