JOB TITLE: Technical Services Pricing Lead LOCATION: WBC3, Heathrow SHIFT PATTERN: Mon - Fri SALARY: Competitive ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE Specialist Technical Services Estimator working closely with the Commercial Solutions Director and wider bid team & operational teams to support the development of planned and reactive maintenance solutions and costings. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Data Interrogation – Ability to sort and manipulate large data sources to evaluate client needs, working collaboratively with the ABM Technical Services team to present timely and accurate solutions as part of mid-large complex bids. Building Solutions – Building Solutions from bottom up to provide accurate and realistic requirements that cover off both the clients and ABMs needs. Work collaboratively with the team at ABM to ensure that all statutory and legislative requirements are met. Ability to manage external stakeholders from a pricing perspective and manage deadlines accordingly. Risk Management – Ability to identify any risks both operational and commercial and present findings to peers and stakeholders. Sign off processes – Contribute and lead commercial sign off processes being mindful of questions that may arise and being confident enough to do so and make changes throughout the process. Return Documents – Completion of clients mandated pricing return documents, this comes in various formats and requires a key skill in being able to translate data and costings in a sensible & logical manner into the clients preferred format for bid submission. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience working on Hard Services bids within UK FM industry. Experience working across a range of industries, including but not limited to Aviation and Government / CCS frameworks. Demonstrated ability in successfully working on large complex opportunities with the ability to act on own initiative and to get operational buy in along the way. Competent in engaging with supply chain to ensure best value for money for ABM’s clients and customers. Demonstrated attention to detail to enable clear and concise data interrogation.
