Job Title: Head Of Sales: Paper Bag Division Location: Hybrid: Home / Field Based - UK Wide Our Client is an established Distributor of a wide range of Packaging products and this is an exciting time in their plans for expansion. They are trusted by some of the UK’s biggest Brands to deliver a 1st Class Product and Service offering and they are now seeking to appoint a Paper Bag Specialist to head up that Division of their operation. They provide a wide range of paper bags that are suitable for Retail & Pharmaceutical and Delivery use – including Food delivery , that come either Plain or Printed, in a Wide variety of sizes and in Brown or White Paper form. This is a hybrid role – Home Office & Field Sales , dealing and meeting with existing and potential clients. The role requires you to have recent experience working with a Supplier Partner Network and also have links to established Retail, Food, Brand Managers and also other Distributors in the UK. Key Responsibilities: Grow the business in a sustainable commercially conscious manner Seek out new business sales opportunities with potential paper bag clients Explore opportunities to network with existing clients to identify cross selling opportunities Manage client contact info and log interactions within CRM systems – training provided Work with admin personnel to process quotations, sales orders, invoices, P.O.Ds as and when required by current and potential customers Deal with customer service issues and escalate to the appropriate department where necessary Skills and Qualities: Ability to work effectively from home A passion to meet with clients and potential clients to demonstrate products Enthusiasm for delivering a great service to clients and an interest in their business operations Ability to establish a good rapport, quickly with a broad range of people, particularly on the telephone Self-assurance to be able to engage effectively with senior internal and external business leaders Training & Personal Development: All necessary training is provided and you are encouraged with personal development courses to help further your ability to carry out your role to the best standard possible.
