They are searching for a standout candidate to lead a small sales team, ideally located in the Midlands / North of England with the ability to report to the UK Sales office on a weekly basis. The objective of this role is to drive organisational business development objectives in relation to sales, revenue, and growth. It has two functions: Sales Team Management and Key Account Management for both Packaging Distributors / Merchants and End User Customers. You will also be required to supervise the UK operation and ensure high-quality output. This critical role within the company will set the direction of sales and revenue strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategy. Experience of either Distributor Sales Management or End User Business Development / Key Account Management. Business Communication: High degree of competency in MS Office. Competency in utilizing ERP systems & applications. Knowledge of CRM (Customer relationship systems).
