You'll collaborate closely with the other members of the Technical Department and Engineering Team and oversee projects through their entire lifecycle. You'll prepare performance specifications, review tender documents, appoint specialist M&E Consultants, review their designs, specifications, and schematics, attend DTM's and monitor projects during key milestones. Reporting to the Head of Building Services, you'll use your HVAC design skills as you review consultants designs and ensure they meet their inhouse technical standards, best practices, British standards and CIBSE guidelines. You'll also liaise with manufactures on all M&E systems and promote the use of innovative technologies to ensure every design is consistent, cost effective and sustainable.
