The Successful Applicant A successful Lead Finance Business Partner should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field. Professional certification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA). Proven experience in a finance business partner role within the property industry. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
