Key Responsibilities: Commercial Strategy Develop and implement comprehensive commercial & bidding strategies and processes aligned with the company values to maximise success rates and achieve business objectives Bid Management Lead and manage the entire bid lifecycle, including analysing requirements, coordinating bid teams, and ensuring timely submission of high-quality tailored proposals that effectively address client needs and differentiate our offerings in the marketplace Financial Management Develop and complete all costing and pricing models.
