Job Description IAC is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and visionary Sales Director to join Carbon Responsible. As Sales Director, you will lead and execute Carbon Responsible’s sales strategy, driving new business across the UK and on a global scale. You’ll cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are always the priority. Overseeing a talented team of Business Development Managers, you’ll guide and support their growth while collaborating closely with leadership and marketing to bring the brand and tools to life in a purposeful way. By staying ahead of market trends, you’ll also identify new opportunities for growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will bring at least seven years of sales leadership experience, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential, as is a collaborative, self-motivated approach and a passion for sustainability. A proven track record of closing deals, managing multiple workstreams, and proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and Microsoft Office are key requirements.
