Job Title: Office Manager
Location: Sheffield (Office Based)
Salary: £25,000 – £29,000 Per annum, depending on experience

Woking Hours: Minimum of 30 Hours per week
We're looking for an Office Manager to join our sustainable, design-led practice in Sheffield.
Please note that this is an office-based role and therefore candidates must live a commutable distance from Sheffield to be considered.

Where you’ll make an impact:
Overseeing the office and making sure everything runs without a hitch.
Creating and managing internal systems to keep things efficient and stress-free so everyone can focus on what they do best.
Keeping us compliant with company policies and procedures – you’re our go-to for keeping things above board.
Assisting with enquiry calls and marketing activity – your people skills will shine here.
Keeping an eye on budgets and cash flow to ensure we’re in great financial health.
You’ll keep the office stocked with everything we need, so we’re never running low on the things we need to stay fuelled and productive.
Coordinating with our trusted consultants to make sure everyone’s in the loop and working together to keep operations running smoothly.
Supporting our technical staff and solving problems with ninja-like precision.
Ideally, you will have:
Basic bookkeeping skills and experience with Xero.
Familiarity with Mailchimp and WordPress.
A good understanding of HR processes and policies.
A basic understanding of architectural drawings would be a bonus.
