You will be responsible for developing strategy and executing programs that reduce carbon emissions and improve the sustainability of our in-station and road operations. As a Program Manager in AMZL (Amazon Logistics) Sustainability, you'll be responsible for conceptualizing new and disruptive ways to reduce carbon emissions and to improve sustainability based on our strategy and vision. This role is inherently cross-functional, so you'll work closely with operations, tech, finance, and deployment teams to identify and implement customer experience, sustainability, and cost-saving improvements. You will be highly analytical, able to work effectively in a complex matrix organization, adept at synthesizing information into improvement plans, and confident delivering at scale.
