Our client is looking to recruit a Programme Manager . The purpose of this role is to act as the primary relationship manager for strategic partnerships with the Greater London Authority (GLA) and Homes England (HE), ensuring the successful documentation and delivery of affordable housing projects in compliance with public funding agreements and regulatory standards. The Programme Manager will also oversee risk management, programme reporting, and governance to align development initiatives with our clients strategic objectives. Duties of a Programme Manager Act as the primary relationship manager for the GLA and HE, ensuring compliance with grant agreements. Oversee the maintenance and updates of OPS and IMS systems and coordinate audits. Provide regular progress reports to internal boards and the Senior Leadership Team. Manage risks and issues within the development programme and propose mitigation strategies. Prepare and deliver reporting for business planning, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders.
