You will also be responsible for:
Collaborate with the business to support or co-lead pricing strategies during the tender process with a strong commercial focus.
Ensure financial targets and metrics are on track, advising on deviations and recommending corrective actions where necessary.
Oversee and manage customer performance throughout the contract lifecycle, focusing on profitability and outcome-based results.
Actively contribute to sustainable commercial agreements by evaluating risks, considering competitor strategies, and proposing viable pricing solutions.
Assist the business and customers in co-developing innovative business models, quantifying value, and ensuring pricing transparency.
Identify and drive initiatives to improve the P&L, such as upselling opportunities, efficiency enhancements, waste reduction, risk mitigation, and optimising channel utilisation.
Consolidate and analyse extensive data from multiple suppliers to provide clear, actionable pricing advice.
Offer guidance on the financial implications of proposed tender solutions.
Encourage organisational behaviours aligned with financial goals.
