Reporting into the Executive Board team your main responsibilities will be to develop workplace culture, organisational structure and employee engagement. In addition, you will provide a 'hands on’ approach to advice and support to senior managers on all staff matters including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, employee relations and performance management as well as the delivery of HR operations across a number of UK sites.
