They seek someone who will inspire and lead their existing Sustainable Development team members through the next phase of an ongoing transition. They will guide and support the team's increasing application of established knowledge and skills to a wider range of development types that focus on achieving more sustainable spatial development and mobility outcomes. The right candidate will take line management and growth responsibility for the current team of 11 people, along with the autonomy to lead all aspects of their growth; spanning business development, recruitment, project delivery, and client liaison. In turn, they will take Profit and Loss responsibility for the Sustainable Development Team's performance, and sit on the Group's Leadership Team alongside three established Team Leaders, the Advisory Group Director and Operations Director.
