Li aising directly with Clients and Contractors and promote business development . S upervising a team of engineers and technicians and assist in management of project resources and costs. In order to be considered for this role, you must have: HND/Degree or equivalent professional qualification Significant experience of mechanical building services / HVAC design (ie. domestic water services, ventilation, heating, cooling) Hands on knowledge and understanding of IES, Hevacomp and AutoCAD; experience with Revit MEP is desirable Knowledge of current legislation e.g. UK Building Regulations, also Low/Zero Carbon Technologies and BREEAM Excellent communication skills, collaborative and self - motivated In order to stand out from the crowd, it is desirable for you to have: Chartered Engineer (CEng) or IEng, BEng with mechanical engineering experience Knowledge of construction industry design processes and procurement arrangements Excellent design skills across a variety of sectors Resource planning and management experience Business development experience About Us Our nationwide multidisciplinary team of 650+ work collaboratively to deliver outstanding places and spaces that create lasting value for local communities.
