You take responsibility for achieving team goals and work closely with the director. Additionally, you will receive guidance to further develop your leadership skills. Your responsibilities Assemble a sales team and coach them to excel in client relationship management and business development. Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic partners in the construction sector. This is done with the aim of generating new business and strengthening collaborations. Develop and execute strategic sales plans and achieve revenue goals and market share. Encourage collaboration between all departments to achieve cultural change. Transform the production company into a customer-focused organization. Monitor KPIs and steer towards customer satisfaction, margin, and revenue. What you bring: Strong networking skills, experience in collaborating with architects and construction managers. At least 5 years of experience in a commercial role, contributing to achieving revenue goals. Basic knowledge of CRM systems and an interest in data analysis for decision making. A curious mindset and the desire to learn about cultural change and customer-focused work. Additionally, you bring: Curiosity and proactive action, combined with a hands-on mentality. Technical insight is a plus but not a requirement. What you can expect from us Salary of £70,000 - £80,000 gross per year. Commission scheme. 35-hour work week. 25 vacation days per year including 3 days during the Christmas period plus national holidays. Option to purchase up to 5 additional vacation days per year. Extra leave for special occasions. Hybrid working possible after completion of the probationary period. Lease budget for a company car. The latest version of the iPhone to support your work.
