We have a brand-new opportunity for a Principal Electrical Engineer to join our MEP division based in our London office. Its an exciting time to join our MEP team in London, and we have ambitious growth plans over the next 12 months. Joining as a Principal, you will be empowered to mentor and grow your own team, with the opportunity to develop and progress quickly. Our London team benefit from a brand new central location (right near Borough Market and the Shard) and enjoy working on a variety of projects including defence, healthcare, data centres, and commercial/residential.
Your role will include:
- Be a pro-active member of the MEP team, supporting with the day-to-day running of the electrical disciplines, working on multidisciplinary projects across a variety of building sectors.
- Lead on projects and take responsibility for the technical delivery and financial profitability of the project.
- Develop relationships with Clients, project managers, and architects and actively identify opportunities for other disciplines to become involved in projects.

Our MEP team are specialists in energy, sustainability, and engineering design. We bring buildings to life and create award-winning, high-performance environments that enhance the built environment – working across all sectors including commercial, industrial, leisure, retail, manufacturing, logistics, heritage, and residential.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Relevant qualification at HNC, HND, Bachelors or Masters, and ideally chartered status.
- Proven experience working as a Principal or Senior Electrical Engineer with a track record of working within the UK on a range of mainstream building services projects.
- Sound knowledge of BIM processes, Revit, and IES/Amtech.
