The Role
As the Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and nurturing relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders. You’ll focus on bringing in new projects while working closely with a collaborative team to deliver exceptional fitout solutions. This full-time position offers a clear progression pathway, with the potential to grow into a Sales Director role as part of the company’s succession planning.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Generating leads and converting them into profitable opportunities within the D&B office fitout sector.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and industry professionals.

Collaborating with internal teams to align business development efforts with project delivery.

About You:
