How will I spend my time in this role? - Ensure that our environments are designed, maintained, and refreshed with reliability at the forefront;
- Create and own the environment cost model, ensuring the cost of environments both interim and enduring is managed;
- Plan and execute a robust environment and release plan to establish and maintain a environments/release policy that supports ourstrategy andfast-paced growth, while operating at a high level of efficiency;
- Manage keyrelationships working on inter-related processes particularly communicating crucial release plans and changes, dependencies, and testing.
- Be a trusted advisor and business partner for environments and releases, working closely across our global business totranslate their business needs into a fit for purpose technology-enabled delivery plan;
- Build credibility as ourexpert for environments and release management, keeping track of latest industry developments and innovations.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful? - Experience in software release management and environment management or related roles;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What does hybrid working mean to us?Hybrid working typically means 2 days in the office location listed on this advert and 3 days working at home each week. Some occasional travel to our other offices may be required.
