Job Description As a Finance Manager , you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our catering and client services, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with financial regulations. Operate in a finance business partner role, supporting the Operations Director and Account Director to manage their businesses and achieve their ambitious financial targets. Use trend analysis and forecasting techniques to highlight risk and opportunity in a timely manner to maximise benefit to the business. Provide support and training to operational teams to ensure Operations Managers and Location Managers can maximise the operational efficiency of their teams and contracts Identify, evaluate, and recommend tools and technology to optimise site performance and user experience. Identify and implement initiatives at a regional level to deliver sustainable operational improvements. Occasional nationwide travel will be required Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills - must be comfortable interacting across all levels of the business in formal and informal environments. Excellent Excel skills Strong commercial mind-set A passion for delivering improvement.
