About the role:
This is an exciting part-time opportunity for a passionate KS1 Teacher to join the school’s welcoming team. The role is available due to a teacher relocating, and you will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact in a nurturing classroom environment.
As a KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, fostering creativity, and helping children build a strong foundation in literacy and numeracy. The class size is small, with 22 students, ensuring that each child receives the attention they deserve.
This is a part-time role (3 days per week), allowing for an excellent work-life balance while still making a difference in young learners’ lives.

Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Previous experience teaching Key Stage 1, ideally within a UK primary school setting.
• A strong understanding of the national curriculum and strategies to enhance learning.
• An inclusive approach to teaching and a commitment to supporting students with diverse needs.
• Passion for creating a positive and engaging classroom environment.
As the KS1 Teacher, your main responsibilities will include:
• Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Assessing and monitoring student progress to identify areas for improvement.
• Providing differentiated support to meet the needs of all students, including those with SEN.
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
• Communicating effectively with parents and colleagues about student progress and well-being.
