Skills & Experience Required Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor in the building services or engineering sector. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and components. Proficiency in cost estimation and financial reporting. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations. A degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline is desirable.
