What you'll be doing;

Support the Senior Administrator in delivering the administrative requirements of the business.

Minute taking at all meetings between Veolia ES Birmingham and Birmingham City Council management team across all aspects of the contract

Provide general support to other staff administrators

Contribute to maintain a safe and secure working environment within the office

Assist with handling customer enquiries and complaints when required

A variety of other administrative duties as and when required

What we're looking for;

Strong note taking skills

Computer skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Good client service skills

Being an effective team player
