Performance Quality Sustainability Manager Contract: Key Account Network Location: London, E20 1EJ Hours of work: 40 Contract Type: Permanent As the Performance Quality Sustainability Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring operational excellence, sustainability, and compliance across the site.
Job Description The Performance Quality Sustainability Manager is a pivotal role focused on driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and sustainability across the site.
You will oversee the implementation of the ISS Operational Process Framework (OPF) and ensure compliance with HSEQ standards while embedding a culture of quality and excellence.
By developing innovative energy and sustainability strategies while fostering collaboration across service lines, you will lead efforts to enhance performance and deliver tangible environmental benefits.
This role also emphasises talent development, aligning training and career growth opportunities with organisational goals to build a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities - Implement the ISS OPF (Operational Process Framework) at account level, maintain contract OPF and quality according to ISS standards.
- Work closely with ISS Operational Performance Technical Excellence to implement the ISS practices on asset management, forward maintenance regime and compliance.
- Work closely with the ISS Energy teams, deliver on account/site energy and sustainability strategy using global best practice adapted for account specific needs, e.g. set up sustainability working group for the account with representation from all ISS service lines to attend.
- Implement and oversee the ISS Safe Systems of Work and ensuring the right level of AE/AP/CP's.
- Own account wide and site-specific sustainability action plan and delegate activities to team members with follow up.
- Work closely with the ISS divisional HSEQ Business Partner develop of the account HSEQ compliance plan in accordance
with the Group HSEQ management system and customer requirements and ensure alignment, effective implementation and synergy across the account. - Manage HSEQ Performance data processes and ensure high level of validity.
- Review training and development plans for Placemakers and adapt/implement accordingly.
- Oversee talent development across the accounts from Apprentices through to Management roles utilising the ISS 9 Box Grid methodology.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications - Project Management skills, training and communication skills
- Experience in CAFM systems (Concept & Maximo) and the management of engineers and suppliers via those systems
- Demonstrable energy/environmental experience
- Good knowledge of Facilities Management (Hard Services) services and operations
- Experience in HSEQ, professional qualification in HSEQ (NEBOSH)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Enthusiasm for the need for sustainable operations
- Knowledge of processes and quality management
- Structured, analytic and detail-orientated
- Multitasker, able to work on multiple workstreams and on multiple customers in parallel
