HTA Design LLP is an award winning multi-disciplinary design partnership of specialist teams working collaboratively in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Interior Design, Communications Design, Sustainability, and Planning.
HTA's Landscape team is celebrating 20 years of practice. With over 40 professional staff, we work independently as well as an integrated part of HTA on a broad range of large scale, complex projects including park restoration, public realm, town centre regeneration, landscape led master-planning, housing, heritage, and sustainable placemaking.
We are seeking an experienced, talented highly collaborative Senior Chartered Landscape Architect with designflare and ambition to join our busy team based in Hackney Wick, London.
As a Senior Chartered Landscape Architect, you will take a leading role in the delivery of our Landscape Design Service Offerings, ensuring projects meet the highest standards of design excellence and sustainability. You'll drive quality, foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior colleagues, contributing to HTA's reputation as a centre of excellence in landscape design.
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have:- A Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture or other equivalent level.
- Chartered member of the Landscape Institute or equivalent.
- A minimum of 8 years post-MA qualification experience, with a proven ability to deliver large and complex projects.
- Demonstrable expertise in project, fee, and resource planning.
- Strong leadership and people management experience, including mentoring and team development.
- Exceptional design skills with a detail-oriented and technically proficient approach.
- Strong IT capabilities, including proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Affinity, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
- Experience with SketchUp and Lumion is desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.
- A thorough understanding of sustainable placemaking principles and landscape design standards.
- Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion best practice.
