Key duties of the Health and Safety Manager:
Engage employees at all levels, championing a positive safety mindset and fostering trust.
Identify opportunities to raise the bar, implementing solutions that make a real difference.
Conduct risk assessments, lead audits, and maintain compliance with ISO45001 and BRC standards.
Be the visible face of health and safety on the shop floor, empowering teams to take ownership.
Partner with leaders and staff to develop and execute strategies that support growth and sustainability goals.

Hold a NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent (Diploma level preferred).
