Your new role
As a SHE Advisor based in Exeter, you will be responsible for ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance across multiple sites. You will conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections, and provide guidance on SHE matters. Reporting to the Group H&S Manager, you will work closely with a team of 7 other advisors to promote a positive safety culture and support the company's strategic priorities, including achieving Net Zero by 2040.
What you'll need to succeed
NEBOSH Construction certification
Experience in a multi-site role
Willingness to travel
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a teamWhat you'll get in return
