Due to continued success and significant growth, they are now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
Your new role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be based out of their Worcester office and be responsible for, but not limited to:
Ensuring robust, accurate and timely cost and value reportingEnsuring accurate cash flow reporting takes placeCarrying out cost management, including forecastingUpdating the monthly CVR, cost and commercial plansEnsuring effective communication between the commercial and operational site teamsMaintaining positive working relationships with clients.
What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful, you will have:Previous experience in the civil engineering industry (ideally in the water sector)Working knowledge of NEC3 and/or NEC4 forms of contractStrong time management and communication skills.Full UK driving licence.
