Due to continued success and significant growth, they are now seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team.
Your new role
As Commercial Manager, you will be based out of their Birmingham office and be responsible for, but not limited to:
Effectively managing operational efficiency and change, identifying areas for improvementSupporting with framework and bid submission packsAssessing and reporting on commercial aspects of project performanceEnsuring monthly commercial reports are accurately completedManaging relationships with both internal and external project stakeholdersEfficiently managing costs and budgets.
What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful, you will have:Working knowledge of NEC3 and NEC4 forms of contractStrong negotiation and leadership skillsProfessional membership (e.g. RICS, ICE)Full UK driving licence.
