- Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with CEO.
- Oversee operations, People, and technology and partner with CFCO and CGO in orders management, resilience and predictability so that sufficient investment capital can be budgeted for near-term growth targets.
- Manage capital investments and expenses aggressively to ensure that the company achieves key targets for growth and profitability.
- Monitor performance and in particular KPIs and take corrective measures in partnership with Directors when necessary and prepare detailed updates and forecasts.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop the internal culture such that our employees would recommend Amber as a place to work to their friends and family and would recommend and promote our products and services.
- Enhance customer relationships by utilising data to deepen insights into customer needs, drive targeted improvements, and support their journey to Net Zero.
- Implement data-driven practices to optimise operations, guiding the organisation toward continuous efficiency and a resilient growth strategy.
- Work with the CEO to develop the industry scorecard and technology and centre our training and setting of industry standards around this so Amber can be considered best in class by its customer base.
- Work with our client base and the product working group to make practical improvements to our offering so we can drive at best in class and differentiation to support our growth.
