Description
Key responsibilities of the Trade Marketing Manager:
Cultivate strong partnerships with retailers to support the organisations marketing communications and sales initiatives.
Oversee daily retail account operations, ensuring optimised product listings, improved shopper experiences, and accurate content through routine audits.
Coordinate with external creative and design agencies to produce marketing materials, communication assets, and point-of-sale (POS) collateral.
Facilitate training sessions and organise trade events to address account-specific requirements.
Implement promotional campaigns and sponsorship activities across various channels to align with the sales promotional strategy.
Collaborate with Account Managers and Customer Marketing & Commercial teams to create and execute trade marketing plans aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving sales.
Work closely with Go-To-Market and Product Management teams to ensure seamless product launches, including the delivery of assets, product messaging, and retail channel exposure.
Conduct regular channel, category, and competitor audits to inform strategic decisions.
Focus on analytics to measure marketing performance and ROI.
Provide comprehensive dashboard reporting and insights on marketing activities for internal stakeholders.
Manage budgets effectively, track annual expenditures, and review campaign costs for efficiency.

A successful Trade Marketing Manager should have:
Solid marketing experience across both traditional and digital channels.
Results-driven marketer with a strong commercial focus, skilled in conducting structured analysis, reporting, and measuring ROI on marketing activities.
Experienced in managing and analysing digital campaigns, including banners, SEO, PPC, CRM, analytics, content management, and social media, to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
