Swift Placements are working with a family-run company based in Keighley, dedicated to providing high-quality dairy products to the local community. Our client is looking for a Full Time Customer Service Operator to join their team.
Full Time position
Location: Keighley
Based on 40 hours per week over a 2-day 4/5 day working pattern
Please note: You will be expected to work every other Saturday
Working hours: 7:00am- 3:30pm
Starting rate: £12.50 per hour rising to £13.50 after completing probation
£500 bonus once probationary period is completed
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.

Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and delivery scheduling.
Order Management:

Process customer orders accurately using internal systems.

Liaise with the delivery team to ensure timely and efficient service.

Inputting customer orders onto the system.

Data processing and elements of inhouse auditing.

Essential Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role.
