RT Consulting are an established Silver ERS armed forces covenant SME, we are a Management Consultancy with over 15 years' experience in driving innovation and transformation in key sectors, including Defence, Local & Central Government, Policing and Transport. As a result of continued success, we are expanding our society of consultants to fulfil current demands within a Policing framework we are part of.

Our Consultants are deployed into largescale Programmes/Projects to bring expert knowledge in order to drive sustainable and long-term change and add value to each project / programme.

We are looking for a Lead Architect with the following experience:

Document current “As-Is” and future “To-Be” designs for projects.
Design solutions.
Create Architecture diagrams and data sets to help communicate the changes occurring across the organisation.
Identify technical experiments to validate design decisions.
Work across projects and with other architects to ensure that all systems align to the Strategic vision and any technical debt identified.
Ensure that any architectural dependencies between projects are understood, documented and accepted.

As the capability falls within a secure environments, to be successful for our society, you will need to hold current and active Security Clearance at the Highest Level. Due to the urgency of these programme, clearances will need to be in date and have been used within the last 12 months.
