Clearfield Recruitment is a forward-thinking company dedicated to delivering high-quality Building Management System (BMS) services. They specialise in efficient, sustainable building solutions, utilizing cutting-edge BMS technology.

We are seeking an experienced BMS Supervisor to oversee their small teams working on projects in and around East London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising teams on BMS installations, maintenance, and servicing tasks, with expertise in Trend and Tridium systems.

Key Responsibilities of this role to include:

Supervise and coordinate BMS installation, servicing, and maintenance projects for established contracts across East London
Lead and manage a team of technicians, ensuring high standards of work, safety, and compliance
Collaborate with project managers to meet project timelines, budgets, and client requirements
Conduct hands-on troubleshooting and support on Trend and Tridium BMS systems as needed
Ensure technical and safety standards are met throughout all project phases
Mentor and support team members, fostering skill development and a positive team environment

Required Skills and Experience for the role include:

Proven experience supervising teams on BMS projects, with a strong focus on installations, service, and maintenance
Expertise in Trend and/or Tridium BMS systems
Solid understanding of BMS systems, controls, and electrical principles
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, able to interact professionally with clients and team members
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
