Senior Energy Manager Contract: Sustainability Location: London Hours of work: 40 Contract Type: Permanent ISS is now looking for a Senior Energy Manager to come in on a major corporate and retail banking account.
We offer Engineering Maintenance services, cleaning and catering, but also cutting edge Sustainability services including Energy Management across the client's major UK estate, consisting of retail branches but also a collection of critical, corporate facilities.
Job Description Following a contract extension, which includes new scope of works, the employer are looking to develop the Energy offering by hiring a Senior Energy professional to manage an account wide energy service.
This professional will line manage 1-2 Energy Managers plus act with greater client facing responsibilities, while having a more strategic overview of energy management solutions.
This is a fantastic role, working within a growing team going through a rapid period of expansion and investment, where you will be aligned to a highly prestigious account.
We can consider either ready made Senior Energy Manager or strong Energy Manager looking to progress.
Key Responsibilities - Develop ways of working to evidence and deliver energy consumption savings as required across the clients portfolio
- Develop and support an exceptional team of energy professionals
- Operate within a strong operational structure to support energy performance contract growth across a identified key account
- Implement and manage the implementation, by other energy managers of standardised processes to support optimisation in multiple regions
- Responsible for a combination of delivery and support the delivery of energy reduction initiatives across a commercial, DC & retail estate, implementing & measuring performance to international standards
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications - Strong energy manager experience, plus ideally line management exposure and relevant certificates
