As our Product Manager you will be responsible for not only supporting the product life cycles of energy-related tech products end-to-end (eg. energy interconnector platforms, public and private EV charging platforms), overseeing the product discovery, design, and delivery of white-label and greenfield products:

You will collaborate closely with our design and technology teams, turning business and customer needs into seamless digital products. Your mission is to simplify complexity and craft solid and elegant solutions for our international energy clients. Your journey begins by uncovering and defining requirements, either to shape and finetune our in-house white-label product to meet all client needs or to create brand new greenfield products together with our clients in the Energy Industry from scratch. This role calls for a detail-oriented, high-agency product enthusiast with a strong analytical and creative mindset.
Your day will include- Analyzing complex business and customer requirements within energy-related domains, driving product scoping to deliver high-impact customer experiences
- Leading strategic planning efforts, managing the product roadmap in collaboration with clients, and prioritizing features based on evolving needs
- Engaging with our clients about use cases, feature opportunities, and their business processes, translating them to journeys and requirements for our development and design teams
- Facilitating product ideation meetings, collaborating with Technical Project Managers, Architects, and Designers to transform requirements into detailed specifications
- Ensuring feasibility and viability from the first discovery workshop to the final acceptance test, making certain that deliverables meet client needs and effectively manage risks
- Acting as the customer's advocate, comprehensively understand customer needs and market trends to effectively influence product development
We would love to meet someone who- Has 3-5 years of experience in the energy sector, specifically in interconnectors, energy trading, grid system operation management, or related fields, with a strong business understanding of industry trends, market demands, and regulatory environments.
- Has a proven track record in leading the development of customer-centric digital products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve user experience and drive product growth.
- Is able to handle high-volume, complex projects, demonstrating strong change management skills to swiftly adapt to unforeseen challenges and implement new features effectively.
- Has excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex systems to non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable technical requirements for development teams.
